Middle Housing

We are currently working on a middle housing development in north Eugene. The first phase of the development is complete and includes two duplexes with four middle housing units. These units were designed and built to be as affordable as possible without compromising on quality and aesthetic.

The next phase of development includes two more duplexes with another four middle housing units. With 3 beds and 2.5 baths, these units are built to accommodate an entire family. These duplexes are set to be completed the summer of 2026.
